Loyalty Points
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Byford & Districts Country Club’s (BDCC) Loyalty Program is available to all active financial members of Byford & Districts Country Club Inc., ABN 58 993 112 018.
- Membership of BDCC and/or use of the Loyalty Program is deemed acceptance of the Byford & Districts Country Club’s Loyalty Program’s terms and conditions.

- Byford & Districts Country Club Membership is open to all Australian residents and visitors who are 18 years and older and who meet the criteria set by the Board of Management of Byford & Districts Country Club. All mandatory details must be provided prior to application.
- New members can sign up via: – In-person at the club – Online at www.bdcclub.com.au
- Byford & Districts Country Club membership is renewable on 1st April each calendar year.
- The membership renewal period is 1st April – 30st April each year. If your membership is not renewed during this time, all previously accrued points will be lost. If a membership lapses, the inactive member will not be eligible to receive any rewards and/or compensation.
- Byford & Districts Country Club Inc. reserves the right to, at its discretion, suspend or terminate the BDCC Loyalty Program at any time.
- Byford & Districts Country Club Inc. reserves the right to, at its discretion, amend points value without notice.
- Byford & Districts Country Club Inc. Constitution is available to all members. This document sets out all rules associated with membership at Byford & Districts Country Club.
- For each dollar spent at Byford & Districts Country Club, a member will earn one (1) point on their member account. One (1) point is equal to $0.03 AUD.
- To earn/redeem points, members must present their BDCC membership card to staff at point of sale when ordering.
- Staff will NOT be able to process points without your card and will not be able to award points after the sale is completed.
- BDCC Loyalty Program accrued points are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. The member who signed up to receive the card is the member entitled to use it.
- Lost or stolen cards must be reported to management immediately. Replacement membership cards incur a $5.00 fee.
- Loyalty points are not available to be earned or redeemed on the below items and services: – Purchase price of tickets for ticketed functions or events – Prepaid Food and/or Beverage packages – Gift Cards / Vouchers – In conjunction with any other offers or promotions – When redeeming points.
- If replacing a lost/stolen card, all accrued points will transfer to your new membership card.
- It is the members responsibility to keep contact details associated with their BDCC Loyalty Program up to date. No responsibility will be taken for missed offers and/or promotions.
