Membership Renewals Now Open
If you’ve renewed since 1st April (or joined for the first time since 1st January 2025), please disregard this notice!
Membership renewal
For everybody else, it’s time to renew your BDCC membership! Social membership remains just $15. The easiest way to renew is in person during your next visit, or online
You’ll need your membership card number to renew online. If you don’t know it, simply reply to this email with your registered name and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Please Note:
All Bowling Club and Pool Club members must renew in person at the BDCC.
The renewal period closes on 30th April 2025. If you membership isn't renewed by then, it will lapse - meaning you won't be able to access the Club and any accumulated loyalty points will be lost.
You earn $0.03 in loyalty credit for every $1 spent at the Club.
If you joined from 1st January 2025, you're covered until 1st April 2026.
If you've opted into automatic renewals, your membership will renew automatically and no further action is required.
Public Holidays in April
With several public holidays approaching, we’re encouraging strong member support to help us continue not charging public holiday surcharges.
By joining us for a meal or a drink, you help us manage the increase wages costs that come with public holiday training. The more foot traffic we receive, the easier it is to absorb these costs – without passing them on to you.

Good Friday (18th April): Closed
Easter Saturday to Easter Monday: Open from 11am | Kitchen serving from 11.30am
ANZAC Day (25th April): Open from 12pm
