80’s Fever descended upon Byford last Saturday, 27th July as we travelled back in time at the Byford & Districts Country Club. Over 500 party-goers pulled out their legwarmers, spandex and fluoro creating an electric atmosphere throughout the evening.
Our resident DJ, DJ Matty J, spun the decade’s favourite tunes from 7pm till late. Who can resist classics from Michael Jackson, Cyndi Lauper, The Police and Queen anyway!
The venue was decorated from head-to-toe in all things 80’s, offering an eclectic style food menu, classic cocktails and the biggest retro candy station Byford has ever seen.
BDCC Food & Beverage Operations Manager Scott Farrell said he was extremely happy with the Clubs 3rd Annual 80’s Night.
‘Our Club’s Staff really enjoy throwing exciting parties for our Members.
Every event has a new twist, and exciting new gimmicks and we’re really proud to be continuing to provide an outlet for Members to let their hair down’ Mr Farrell added.
